Monogram Tumbler Decal

  • STEP 1: Clean the area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or soap and water. DO NOT use Windex or similar products because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the decal from adhering well.

STEP 2: Prepare the decal for application by firmly rubbing a squeegee or credit card across the clear transfer tape. This removes any air bubbles that may have formed and makes the decal cling to the transfer tape.

STEP 3: Peel the white paper backing off the decal. If the decal clings to the backing, slowly replace the paper backing and repeat Step 2.

STEP 4: Slowly place the decal onto the surface and rub it in place firmly with a squeegee or credit card. TIP: Hold tightly on both ends and place from one side to the other to eliminate folds and large bubbles.

STEP 5: Slowly peel the clear transfer tape off at a tight angle. Be careful not to pull the decal off the surface. If the decal begins to pull away from the surface repeat Step 4.

NOTE: If on Step 5 the decal continues to pull away from the surface, repeat Step 4 and wait 12 hours before attempting Step 5 again. Your decal may need additional time adhere to the surface.

*Use a pushpin or needle to poke any air bubbles in the center and push the air out through the hole.
**The recommended optimum temperature for applying graphics is around 70°F. For best results do not apply a sticker in extreme hot or cold temperatures.
